Our mission

We have all heard it before: service sells. In the home appliance installation industry, nothing could be more true. After all, in the business of installing appliances, a service is all there is to sell. So when we look to make improvements, we can't really "add new and exciting products to our line" or "offer premium products with more bells and whistles". If we want our service to sell, we must be sure that we are selling the best possible service. Think of the many industries and professions in the business world, and you usually have a pretty good idea of the steps it took for them to get where they are, and how those steps helped qualify them for the position. Doctors are educated and trained. So are attorneys, engineers, teachers, home builders, bus drivers, etc. There are certain standards put in place, and the people in these industries must meet certain criteria before they are able to perform these tasks.

But what about the people who come into your home to perform a service that most of us would consider vital to the way we live our lives today? Our homes are our castles. They are our refuge, our havens. We have certain expectations of our homes and of all the systems found in them, including our appliances. We rely on them to meet our individual needs, from necessities to luxuries, and above all our comfort. What was once thought of as a modern luxury or convenience is now commonplace throughout most homes, and appliance manufacturers know that. Much goes into the engineering and design of new products, from the functions it will perform to how it will complement your home's appearance. The manufacturing industry is always looking for ways to improve and advance the products available to the consumer. And with each improvement and advance, each new update and change in products, there are people trained to sell consumers the latest and greatest ideas.

But what about the people who will actually put this technological masterpiece into your home? Who trained them? Where do they learn? What standards are in place to certify them? What criteria must they meet to provide consumers with that peace of mind so readily available in other industries?

This is wherePAAIT comes in.
Our mission is to set the home appliance installation industry standard for professional appliance installers, producing quality installation professionals by providing them with training and support, provide manufacturers with a valuable resource, and to provide consumers with peace of mind by providing professionals with knowledge, experience, and integrity.
