Trainer appliance installation certification
is offered to those members that have been certified as appliance installers and have the
need, desire, and experience to train others to be certified as well.
The requirements to be a trainer are extensive and must be met by all trainer candidates.
Trainers lead group appliance installation certification classes and are usually compensated for these
classes. Certified trainers are required to stay current with their appliance installation certification
by remaining up-to-date with the latest appliance installation techniques, problems,solutions, and issues. This continuing education is provided to the trainers by
PAAIT at no additional cost. Certified trainers also receive specialized
training from manufacturers to keep them up-to-date as well.
As a trainer, you will be asked to lead group appliance installation certification classes in your area.
While you are not obligated to do so, you will be compensated for teaching these
classes. You may also be given opportunities to teach appliance installation certification classes in other
areas.

Certified appliance installers are a direct product of their training, and therefore their
trainer. We esteem our trainers very highly, and will do what it takes to gain and
maintain them as leaders.
